Dec. 31, 2023 Call for session proposals
Feb. 29, 2024 Open for submission of abstracts
July 15, 2024 Deadline for abstracts submission
Aug. 30, 2024 Notification of abstracts acceptance
Nov. 30, 2024 Submission of draft manuscripts
Jan. 31, 2025 Notification of paper acceptance
Feb. 28, 2025 Deadline for final paper submission

Manuscript submissions:

The manuscripts will be published in Open Access proceedings and will be sent to indexing services such as Scopus and WoS/Clarivate.
Papers should be 4 pages long

Authors should submit a PDF file and a WORD/LaTeX source document to session chairs or to ISGSR-2025@ngi.no, by November 30, 2024.

Abstract submissions:

Authors should submit the MS-Word file to session chairs or to
ISGSR-2025@ngi.no, by July 15, 2024.
